Robust frame with "T" shape structure.
Long travel rail installed in the bottom, which imporve the stability for heavy product.
With height adjustable diamond guider.
Four axes independent (X/Y/U/V) work, with Taiwan linear and ball screw.
Special Tensioning mechanism for molybdenum wire, keep stable cutting.
Stepper motor is standard, Servo motor is optional.
Tolerance can keep in +/-0.006mm, Roughness Ra 0.8.
Full enclosed cover, Similar to European machine.
New Genration control cabinet, High efficient. ( max. cutting speed ≥ 180mm2/min)
