Automatically monitors the can status in real time to detect whether there
are inverted or upside-down cans.

AI deep learning algorithm detection: updates the database in real time to
adapt to various inverted or upside-down can postures.

Triggers an alarm immediately upon detecting inverted cans, promptly
reminding operators to handle the abnormality.

Outputs shift-based visual reports, realizing automation and intelligence in
quality inspection.

Fully automatic detection process: reduces manual intervention and ensures
equipment stability.

No need to call up any templates; the operation is simple and ready for use
immediately after startup.

Yixuan Offline Inspection System is designed for random sampling inspection of products after can body printing. It conducts comprehensive detection of all types of defects, improves inspection precision, enables timely rejection of non-conforming products, enhances product quality, boosts the stability of the production system, effectively reduces production costs, and achieves green production.

Yixuan Can Shape Inspection System accurately detects reversed cans before they enter the washer, preventing them from proceeding to subsequent production processes.

Boasting high inspection precision, the system can quickly identify reversed cans, ensuring that only correctly oriented cans enter the washer and preventing the spread of contamination.

Upon detecting a reversed can, the system promptly triggers an alarm to block it from entering the production process, preventing contamination of adjacent normal cans. This effectively reduces batch contamination caused by reversed cans, ensures product quality, and minimizes production losses.

Robot Arm Gripping Function (Optional)

The robotic arm gripping system launched by Yixuan adopts a 1200×360° rotating design and is integrated with high-precision air nozzle adsorption technology, enabling accurate identification and gripping of reversed and inverted cans.

Rigorously tested and verified, it can still achieve stable adsorption even when the can body is damp, ensuring reliable operation.

This solution enables fully automated operation without manual intervention, significantly improving the efficiency and stability of the production line.
