The 3GT timing pulley(3mm pitch GT profile) is designed for high-precision synchronous belt drives.
It is commonly widely used in variety of industry applications such as automation equipment, CNC machines, robotics, where accurate positioning, stable transmission, and low noise are required.
We provide custom-made 3GT pulleys according to drawing, samples, or technical specifications, with fast delivery and global shipping, suitable for OEM production and replacement applications.

Good Teeth surface status: the status of teeth can be assured through limit MAX feed rate according to different pitch of the sprocket.

Flange Riveting Point Quantity: By controlling the riveting points' length, width, depth and numbers to promises the riveting points strength to prevent the flange from falling off during the operation. The riveting shape is shown below for reference.
