First layer: PCB copper laying with increased reinforcement

Adopting a multi-layer PCB design, each lamp foot is covered with copper, which is 15% larger than traditional copper plating. At the same time, each copper plating point is reinforced to ensure that the PCB lamp foot solder pads are not easily knocked off.

Second layer: Solder and thicken the lamp legs

Through PCB design, the solder pads of the lamp legs are enlarged, and the production process is improved. When using the same specifications of lamps, our lamp foot solder paste usage will be 40% more than traditional ones. Without any subsequent process treatment, the thrust of our indoor 1515 lamp will reach over 2.0kg.

Third layer: Mesh fill process reinforcement

The new grid filling packaging process has once again increased the anti-collision ability of the lamp beads, ensuring that the thrust of each lamp is greater than 5KG. At the same time, the new process will also add functions such as dust-proof, moisture-proof, and rainproof.

Fourth layer: The mask adopts a micro brim design

In the rental application, we have added a micro brim design to prevent scratches on the lamp surface during on-site use and transportation.

Fifth layer: Soft rubber protection at the four corners of the box

The highest point of the box adopts a silicone rubber soft corner protection design, effectively preventing the back of the box from scratching the module light surface during installation
