Description
The counterflow cooler is widely applicable to the cooling of extruded feed, granular material and powder material, cooling air, and material counter flow, so that material gradually cools in the direction;
It can cool the material to around 5℃ above room temperature after extrusion or pelleting, which can not only harden the particles to prevent cracking but also remove part of the water to prevent mildew;
Adjustable conical material distribution mechanism, uniform distribution, can also be set rotating material sharing mechanism (optional), ensure the cooling material level is same, good cooling effect;
Impeller type discharging structure, soft discharging, low crushing rate of materials, uniform cooling of material;
